AIGuardian Terms of Service

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to AI Guardian ("the App"), operated by YUMSHU ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and YUMSHU regarding your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

AI Guardian is an AI content detection application that provides the following core services:

Text Analysis: Analyzes text content to identify AI-generated text
Image Detection: Detects whether images are AI-generated or manipulated
Video Detection: Analyzes video content to identify deepfakes and AI synthesis

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

3.1 You must register an account to access full features of the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account password. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4. USER CONDUCT

By using the App, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the United States
Not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content for detection
Not abuse the detection service or engage in malicious attacks
Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
Not resell or distribute detection results for commercial purposes without authorization

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND MEMBERSHIP

5.1 The App offers both free and paid membership services. Membership benefits are subject to the description at the time of purchase.

5.2 Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings.

5.3 All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

6.1 IMPORTANT NOTICE: AI detection results provided by the App are for reference purposes only and should not be the sole basis for legal, business, or other critical decisions. AI detection technology has inherent limitations, and we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy.

6.2 You understand and agree that:

Detection algorithms may produce false positives or false negatives
Detection results are affected by content quality, format, and other factors
We are not liable for any losses resulting from the use of detection results

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7.1 All content, features, and technology of the App are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 You retain ownership of content you upload for detection. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing detection services.

7.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.

8. TERMINATION

8.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8.2 We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

8.3 Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YUMSHU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of the App.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, either party may bring an action in the courts located within the United States.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
